      Verdict

      Sweet Pursuit won three Class 5 handicaps at Ffos Las before finding her new mark and Class 3 company too hot back on the same track. She was earlier receiving 13lb when beaten a neck by Porto Ferro at Lingfield and the latter, who has won again at Windsor, should take her revenge. However, LA FORTUNA (NAP), who completed a four-timer in the spring, was a very close fourth in that Lingfield event and, with a big pull in the weights, looks the one to be on. Curious Fox wins her share and has scored from a much higher mark than this so has to be respected.
