Verdict

MURAAD finished in front of Exec Chef when runner-up at Sandown earlier and was beaten only a length in a higher grade handicap at York last time. Owen Burrows’ grey is taken to go one better on this occasion. Alfred Boucher has been thereabouts over a mile lately while Overwrite won over the same trip at Windsor last month and the latter’s stablemate Streak Lightning drops in class with an apprentice taking 5lb off his back. Hats Off To Larry went close over 1m2f at Ripon on his first start after wind surgery and Cityzen Serg may improve handicapping for the first time.
