Verdict
Tommy G won this in 2018 and finished third off a higher mark last year ahead of stablemate Primo's Comet but Jim Goldie also runs CALL ME GINGER in this. The latter has slipped down the weights and found only Meraas, a fancy for the Stewards’ Cup later this afternoon, too good at Hamilton last time. There is nothing of the latter’s calibre in this and he should go close. Rewaayat has returned to action much improved and bolted up at Salisbury but has a 15lb hike in the weights to contend with while Treacherous has been taking advantage of a lower mark on Turf and beat The Lamplighter over track and trip before winning at Haydock more recently. May Remain returns to 6f after scoring over the minimum trip at Sandown and Ryan Moore partners the progressive Batchelor Boy.
