        Verdict

        BIRD FOR LIFE has returned to action in good form and won at Wolverhampton before taking advantage of a lower mark on Turf and scoring over track and trip. She remains on a winning mark, despite a 3lb rise, and can confirm latest running with Norab, who went close at Bath earlier. Arty Campbell ran well here last month but was well beaten last time and winning hurdler/chaser New Millennium is preferred having posted a better effort over 1m5f at Bath. Lismore is another to note stepping up in trip for Sir Mark Prescott’s yard.
