Edward O'Grady has won this four times but only two favourites have scored since 1990. Manhattan Boy represents the Ballynonty maestro here and the nine-times winner crowned a fine year with a smooth success at Limerick early this month. Many of these arrive here in good spirits, none more so than KING OF REDFIELD, who was desperately unlucky not to score here on Wednesday when just touched off by Hoopy. That was over 3m and he may just find this on the short side but he's in such great heart that he gets the vote and should again take care of Sunwake, Duroob and Baizically, who were immediately behind. Swiftmarc is ideally suited by the trip but is looking a little high in the weights while Golden Kite will make a bold bid to give Adrian Maguire a Festival winner as he's been in superb form recently over timber and fences. Silverhand, a Listed winner on the flat in October, has only won once over hurdles but has always competed at a high level and is by no means out of this.
