Joe Rua has the beating of Neil King's Kathindi on running at Market Rasen last month when winning a maiden hurdle in decisive fashion but he may struggle under his penalty today. Mark Tompkins has done well with his hurdlers over the years but his representative, Captain Clint, will need to improve dramatically on flat form to take a hand. James Eustace's Doyenne Dream has shown promise in two starts over timber, while Dr Finley has shown useful form on the flat and could be of interest on his hurdling debut. Several of these have claims but it is hard to get away from Tim Vaughan's ARCHITRAVE, who created a favourable impression when successful on his hurdling debut at Stratford last month and he can win again.
