If he comes in preference to an entry at Leicester on Thursday then Amazing King would have strong claims judged on his Musselburgh win last time, but with that in doubt we will side with DAZZLING BEGUM, who can get the better of Ubiquitous. The last-named remains a maiden after 14 starts but has gone close to winning on at least three occasions, one of which was over course and distance and on fast ground. Her return run may have just been a pipe-opener and with the stable going well we could see much more this time. Vinces has the ability to go very well from this mark, but he seems to reserve his best efforts for Lingfield and over 10f, so we will take him on today. Starburst has a bit to prove on turf but stays well and money for him would be interesting with David Probert up, though we prefer Dazzling Begum. Jeff Pearce's mare has two course wins to her name and acts on the ground. She is weighted to be very competitive again today and we take her to go in again.
