AWESOME ASSET debuts for a trainer who has had his fair share of winners at this course with Spennymoor and Ragsah turning out in the Godolphin silks for the first time and it is the second outing for Sweet Cecily. Jeremy Noseda has won with a quarter of juveniles he's sent to the July course at Newmarket over the past five seasons and has the services of the champion jockey on board Awesome Asset. This is a wide open contest but we cautiously side with this young filly here. Both of the Godolphin representatives have interesting pedigrees. A lot is expected from the Mahmood Al Zarooni-trained Spennymoor given that she cost £180,000 as a yearling. Ragsah is a half sister to Dubai World Cup winner Dubai Millennium and has to be respected ahead of her debut too; the market will help sort them out. Sweet Cecily looks the pick of the Richard Hannon runners and as always he has trained his fair share of juvenile victors already this year. This filly could be an interesting prospect and should have come on for that first run out when a decent runner up behind Extra Power at Sandown earlier in the month. This is a tough race to call but Awesome Asset just gets the vote.
