Verdict

ONE HIT WONDER can be top of the charts with Orsett Lad and Resuscitator bubbling under. Mouse Hamilton-Fairley's gelding ran a fair third at Goodwood over six furlongs and will not be troubled by an additional furlong tonight. The booking of Seb Sanders appears to be highly significant. Orsett Lad has been tried over further in the past. He has yet to win on the turf though has posted a couple of placed efforts of note. Resuscitator has got plenty of early pace. Fourth on a drop back in trip last time out - there is some room for optimism. Sheila Toss is tried again in blinkers though they seemed not to work at Windsor. Chandrayaan has dropped dramatically down the weights since leaving Ed Dunlop so a market watch is advised in this low grade affair. One Hit Wonder has plenty to recommend in a race that will not require much in the way of winning.
