Verdict
MISARO is selected in preference to Maoi Chinn Tire and Fault. The course and distance winner has proved to be a useful sort when tried in plating grade and despite having ran respectably in non-sellers on the turf this season, the decision to drop in grade looks to have been influenced by his current BHA rating. Maoi Chinn Tire won a Leicester claimer over seven though needs to leave behind a modest run on the polytrack at Lingfield. Fault would have been better off were this a handicap and arguably is better over further. Daddy's Gift has to be respected as a relatively rare Richard Hannon runner in the grade. Anjomarba appears likely to set the early fractions . An above average race of its type and an opportunity for Misaro to regain the winning thread.
