MR HICHENS is finally starting to learn what the job is all about despite at times not looking the most straightforward of characters - even a 5lb higher mark may not even be enough to prevent him in racking up a hat-trick of victories. He has shown a tendency to drift dramatically in the closing stages but is a horse of some quality if he puts it all in and can land it. Higgy's Boy found the lightly raced Soft Shoe Shuffle too good last time out. His turn of foot look to be blunted at Windsor but the front two did draw some way clear of the remainder with some unexposed, potentially progressive sorts in behind. Sonny Parkin looks to reserve his best for the July course these days but continues to run to his mark while Greylami is steadily progressing but how he will cope with the forecast ground conditions is a concern. Mr Hichins is nominated to land the finale.
