      Verdict

      Requited has taken time to find form this term but steady progression culminated in a cosy enough all-the-way win on the all-weather ten days ago and he could well improve again despite a 6lb penalty. Thegreyvtrain is proving admirably consistent but has understandably found life harder off higher marks since gaining two victories earlier in the campaign, whilst Lorna Cole and Skeetah continue to suggest they're where the handicapper wants them at present. GILT EDGE, campaigned over a variety of trips this term, seemed to relish the move to sprinting at Bath and hopefully can repeat the nice turn of foot displayed that day to oblige again.
