Assuming he gets a strong pace to chase the progressive SPACE STATION can make mincemeat of his 5lb higher mark; Woodcote Place and Admire The View join Branagh on the rather lengthy list of dangers. Simon Dow's gelding is locally trained and has improved markedly of late for the application of blinkers. Shane Kelly retains the ride and as long as the ground doesn't come up soft he must go close. Seneschal's best runs have usually come out of the blue and of more interest is Universal Circus. Mick Channon's course and distance winner seems to come alive when running on sharp left-handed undulating racecourse and with conditions in his favour today he might just surprise a few. An intriguing end to the day then but preference is for Space Station.
