HIGHLAND WARRIOR can back up his recent York success and he gets the vote over Only A Game and Foreign Rhythm. The selection beat Kyzer Chief at York on Friday in an apprentice handicap so he is unpenalised for that success. He is well treated on the pick of his form and it is worth noting that he recorded a hat-trick of wins in quick succession last season. He has a good draw today and the experienced Simon Walker on board so there is plenty to recommend him. Only A Game could be the main danger as he is back on a fair mark and the form of his last run has since been franked. Foreign Rhythm finished narrowly behind Only A Game last time and she had won in good style prior to that. She has a decent draw here and she should be capable of getting competitive. Helping Hand has the best of the draw but he has yet to win on the turf and he was well beaten at Brighton last time out. The History Man would have claims on his best form but it is nearly a year since he last got his head in front. We will therefore return to Highland Warrior who looks to have rock solid claims and she can get her head in front again.
