Plenty come here with solid chances but preference is for Chief Editor ahead of River Falcon, Matsunosuke and Came Back. The last-named must be respected given his current frame of mind but he races off an 8lb higher mark today and may just be up against it. The selection has also gone up in the weights for winning a Wolverhampton contest last year, but his mark of 91 may not be the ceiling of his ability and he has proven that he goes well fresh on this sort of ground before. Cape Royal is a game performer and has lots of experience but his recent run didn't offer too much encouragement. Fantasy Believer is a fellow course and distance winner but usually needs a couple of runs before he is firing on all cylinders, whilst Canadian Danehill still seems to be improving. Matsunosuke will need some luck in running as a hold up horse but he certainly has the ability, whilst expect a better run from Green Park with a blow-out under his belt. Northern Fling could hit the frame at a price however it is Chief Editor who receives the vote.
