A wide open nursery here with some unexposed types in the field including Bertoceli, Cotosol, and Xpres Digital but we are happy to take a chance on Chubbes. The gelding from the Martin Pipe yard to win a sell in facile style last time out and although this looks tougher he could still be improving and he should go well from what looks a good draw. Bertoceli rates the main danger he won well last time out when defeating Disco Diva and with conditions again in his favour he will not be far away. Cotosol could also go well he was a good second behind Granston last time but his only victory to date has come on the AW so for that reason he is opposed. Xpres Digital was also a last time out winner but he has never ran over a trip this far before so his stamina has to be taken on trust. Of the remainder Morag and English Rocket have the ability to win but are difficult rides so we we happy to side with Chubbes.
