The danger presented by Hoh Hoh Hoh is no laughing matter however Magic Glade has been in good form of late and gets the nod to add another course and distance win to his name. Better than his finishing position of ninth indicates in the Scottish Sprint Cup, Tom Dascombe's experienced eight-year-old has already won four times in 2007. Displaying an aptitude for both turf and an artificial surface, the gelding is very consistent and can successfully give weight away to the whole field today. Stoneacre Lad is better on the all-weather so the main danger looks to be Hoh Hoh Hoh who won well when last seen. Also a course and distance winner, he has claims off just a four pound higher mark. Cashel Mead is now well handicapped following some average efforts so cannot be ruled out, whilst good draws for Blazing Heights, Efistorm and Coconut Moon give them all chances. At a price Curtail could go well but he doesn't have the best of draws and so we will return to Magic Glade as the nomination.
