Kings College Boy has plenty in his favour and looks the one to be with here and he is given the vote ahead of Beauvrai, Frascati and Strensall. The selection was slowly away but ran on well to finish a close 9th behind Hout Bay at Beverley last time. He has been running consistently well this season, has won over course and distance, is well drawn and hails from a yard in form so looks to have a really solid chance of getting his head in front. Beauvrai won on his debut for new connections at Epsom last time but he will find this track a very different proposition and the suspicion is that he may find a couple too good. Frascati hails from a yard that has to be respected on this track but he is well held on his latest run behind our selection and he is not ideally drawn so he looks to have plenty on to turn the tables. Strensall ran his best race for some time when second behind Justalord at Musselburgh last time, but he has got a high draw here and that should be enough to stop him from getting his head in front. Catch The Cat is a speedy type but is another with a poor draw, and for the winner we return to Kings College Boy who is given the confident vote.
