FROZEN FIRE can turn up the heat on his rivals and he is selected ahead of Buccellati and Enroller. The selection won the Irish Derby in fine style but he was then a little disappointing in the St Leger. Enroller finished in front of him that day, but this drop in trip will suit and so will the quicker ground so we are confident that he can get the better of Enroller this afternoon. Buccellati showed steady improvement last year and he ran really well when finishing third behind Tartan Bearer at Sandown last month. The big plus for him is his proven ability to handle this track, although this is the first time he has tackled this trip so he has to prove that he stays this far. Barry Hills does well with his runners here so Tastahil is worth considering. However, he did disappoint at Newbury last month in a race won by Enroller and it is hard to see him reversing the form today. Frozen Fire does have his quirks, but he remains unexposed and he is taken to get back to winning ways.
