Richard Ford's Inspirina would have every chance if able to reproduce the sort of form that saw him win easily at Epsom last month but he refused to race on a return visit to the downs and cannot be backed with any confidence after that so it may be worth taking a chance with DISTINCTIVE IMAGE, who gets the vote over Robby Bobby. Mark Johnston's colt did himself no favours when pulling too hard in a valuable race at Ascot last time and would have every chance if he can settle under Greg Fairley today. John Quinn's King Fingal ran better at York last time and will appreciate any cut in the ground that remains so he cannot be discounted, especially if it rains. I'm In The Pink has struggled since being successful at Haydock in May but is another that would appreciate any rain that comes down. In contrast to the last two mentioned, Tracey Waggott's Destinys Dream, who ran well here last time, would want the ground to dry out as much as possible. The vote then goes to Reg Hollinshead's Distinctive Image, who has done most of his racing on the Polytrack but comes into this in fair form and he is better than his latest effort at Leicester would suggest.
