Just the sextet to choose from in this handicap and after a much improved run last time CAIRNSMORE has our confidence in preference to Mabuya and last time out winner Tinshu. An easy winner of a Kempton maiden maiden in January the pick initially struggled under excessive burdens before not being beaten far from this rating last time on his turf debut. That was a much improved effort and he should build on that. Mabuya chased down the winner on his seasonal bow when he was a little unlucky in running. He should come on for the run and his 2lbs mark rise for that doesn't look excessive and he is unlikely to get in trouble in this field. Tinshu was just collared on the line last time to hare the spoils on soft ground at Windsor. He does act on quicker and based on his all-weather form he's well weighted. Hollow Green is running well at the moment but looks a little high in the weights so this could be another for Mark Johnston with Cairnsmore getting the nod.
