With the horses having run already not showing inspired form it should pay to stick with the unraced three-year-olds in this field and VALENZANI just gets the nod over Jemima Nicholas. The selection hails from the John Gosden stable that are still going well. The son of Royal Applause didn't see a race track at two but is finally ready to make his belated debut. His dam, Frascati, was quite a decent race mare who won her fair share of races. His trainer does well at this track so a big run is expected in a race that won't take much winning. Jemima Nicholas represents the Willy Haggas yard and is another that didn't see a race track at two. She is a well bred type and her stable continues to be in form so must be monitored. Of those that have run Pirate's Song is the stand out on form ahead of Speedyfix but Valenzani gets our vote.
