There are one or two unexposed runners in the field but it may pay to concentrate on the last time out winners JIGAJIG, Monte Mayor One and Lees Anthem with preference for Kevin Ryan's runner. The selection didn't shape with an awful lot of promise last season but has proved a different proposition this term winning two of his last three starts and finishing second on the other. He's 6lbs higher than when winning narrowly at Wolverhampton but that penalty is negated, in part, by Amy Ryan's claim and may be able to go in again. His supporters will have to fear Lees Anthem who got the better of him over course and distance at the end of last month in a race where Dower Glen was back in third; Lees Anthem is better off at the weights following subsequent rises for Jigajig but he played up at the start prior to winning here and can't be relied upon to run up to the same level. Monte Mayor One has her first run for a new yard following a win in a claimer and may be best watched whilst the market should be watched to see if there's any support for North Central with the yard's horses going well but preference is for Jigajig.
