A competitive end to the evening's racing and the vote goes to COULD IT BE MAGIC ahead of Killing Moon and Chinese Democracy. The selection ran a promising race on his seasonal reappearance behind a decent horse of Gay Kelleway's. Kelleway holds the horse in question in high regard which bodes well for Could It Be Magic's chances. The return to seven furlongs should also suit the son of Dubai Destination who has the decent Jack Dean taking three off his back. Killing Moon represents a stable in form but warrants respect on his own merits. His last two runs have been of a good standard and he looks to be improving. He hung badly right on his latest start which cost him the race in the end and, if keeping straight today, will be in the shake up. Chinese Democracy is another holding her form well. She hasn't quite lived up to her price tag but at least shaped well on her latest start. Others to note are Brinscall and Desert Forest but Could It Be Magic gets the vote.
