Hugh Morrison's Miniature Rose showed improved form when winning at Ludlow last month and has to be respected here but may struggle to follow up under a penalty in these conditions and she may not represent value. Paul Nicholls' Blue Shannon, a daughter of Be My Guest, looks the pick of the two Angela Tincknell-owned runners ahead of the Ron Hodges-trained Blue Native. Lisa du Chenet showed fair form on her debut when fourth at Newbury and is another worthy of a mention but the one that gets our vote is True Destiny. The Venetia Williams-trained mare takes the eye on breeding, the stable does well in this type of event and in receipt of weight from the previous winner in the field just gets the verdict.
