led 1st to 2nd, always close up, challenged 3 out, led last, ridden out
made most, pushed along 2 out, headed last, no extra under pressure
STAR GALAXY is a changed character since joining the John Flint stale and looks good enough to land another race at the expense of Littleton Aldor and Jimbatai. The selection has improved 34 pounds since changing stables and at the age of ten continues to improve. He had everything in his favour when landing the odds over course and distance last time out and with conditions to suit once again he should be able to add to his winning tally. Littleton Aldor is nine pounds higher in the weights since winning at Fontwell last time out. He did not appear to beat anything special that day but with confidence now restored he is sure to give his supporters a good run for their money. Jimbatai is tough and consistent but has top weight to hump round in very testing conditions. The handicapper has not been kind to him so far in his career and for that reason he might find life tough for the time being. Star Galaxy can be quirky but if ridden patiently he should win again.
