Molly Ollys Wishes, a winner at Listed and Grade 2 level, may not quite be the force of old but stablemate West To The Bridge wound back the clock with an all-the-way win at Sandown 10 days ago, though is penalised for that. Mark Of Gold has won three times this season and was particularly impressive last month at Kempton while the going would have been too quick at Newbury for No Ordinary Joe. Conditions here, however, are unlikely to suit his stable companion Impulsive One. Might I was a smart novice and has been lightly campaigned this season while Cool Survivor is making his handicap debut. Saw Ewing’s mount could prove the pick of six Gordon Elliot entries, ahead of Imagine, but he has to give weight to some very progressive five-year-olds. Irish Hill has rattled up a hat-trick since just beaten on his reappearance at Fontwell but IROKO was impressive back on soft ground at Wetherby in January and looks more than capable of holding his own at this level as he has a high cruising speed. The booking of Michael O'Sullivan for Spanish Harlem is a plus with Buddy One also worth a second look.
