Elimay kept on well to deny Pink Legend in this 12 months ago having finished second a year earlier. But she’s probably not the stable first string this time with Allegorie De Vassy, 2-2 over fences, rated 2lb higher despite her relative lack of experience. Zambella was only fourth last year and was easily beaten by Jeremys Flame at Huntingdon last time when Pink Legend was fourth. Dolcita tends to struggle at this level but Magic Daze is respected having beaten the odds-on Dinoblue, who ran well here on Wednesday, in a Listed contest at Naas when conceding 4lb. IMPERVIOUS beat the same mare in this grade at Cork in December with a bit in hand and improved again to complete the hat-trick at Punchestown. She gets the nod as Riviere D'etel has been hampered by jumping issues this season.
