MOON HUNTER, a winner between the flags, won nicely on his hurdling bow at Wetherby and defied a penalty over this track and trip later. He couldn't handle heavy ground when stepped up to Grade 2 company at Warwick and this is a massive drop in grade. Henry's Friend won a maiden hurdle at Aintree on his debut last May then finished runner-up in a Sandown Grade 2 but has questions to answer after a poor run when long odds-on at Newcastle. Idealdes Villerets won a bumper in France and has shown plenty of ability over timber for new connections so should get competitive receiving weight from the two winners.
