ENDERBY SPIRIT is preferred to Intikama and Antiguan Sunrise. Brian Smart has a strong team of juveniles at his disposal this year and there was plenty to like about this colt's debut at Thirsk. A wide draw is no help to his chances here but his experience should be a boon to his chances and his breeding also suggests that he'll act on this softer ground. Intikama rates the one to beat having run a couple of fair races at Yarmouth and Sandown. She's proven under soft conditions and will appreciate the return to racing over six. Dreamonandon may well improve and needs a market check but Antiguan Sunrise completes our short-list although there must be a concern as to whether the incident at Chester will have affected her confidence. With that in mind, we'll side with Enderby Spirit.
