The combination of Michael Mullineaux and Lewis Stones won this last year and team up again with the consistent-though-limited Minty Jones while Simon Walker won the race in 2015 for Paul Midgley and La Haule Lady represents them here, though she hasn't shown much. Serena Brotherton gets the ride on ROBBIAN, who was in excellent form at this time a year ago, completing a double on this track. He's on a lower mark today and will take some beating. Whipphound is the other course and distance winner in the line-up and Emily Bullock rode him to victory at Thirsk in August but though Red Forever has been running well a strike-rate of 1-42 tempers enthusiasm.
