Verdict
FIBONACCI (NAP) was just behind subsequent Group 1 winner Stradivarius in a race won by the latter’s top-class stablemate Cracksman on his debut at Newmarket a year ago. Placed behind useful stayers Weekender and The Grand Vizir in maidens in the spring, he certainly wasn’t winning out of turn at Haydock last month and an opening mark of 84 in handicaps may turn out to be lenient. Just In Time has won twice since finishing second over course and distance on soft ground in August but has shot up the weights. Sporting Times has every chance if transferring the form of a recent second on Polytrack back to Turf and looks the pick of the remainder.
