Some familiar names line up in this sprint handicap including Rudi's Pet, Atlantic Viking and Henry Hall and all have claims but the vote goes to Jun Fan. The selection ran a blinder from 5lbs out of the handicap at Musselburgh last time and, off his proper mark today, looks worth backing to gain compensation. Disguise will relish the underfoot conditions and would have a chance if fit enough, while Unlimited is gradually coming down the weights and has to be respected on the pick of his form. Detonate ran better at Yarmouth last time and has claims on that evidence although a bigger threat may come from Rudi's Pet who, along with stablemate Atlantic Viking, will not mind the conditions and comes from the yard of David Nicholls that is always to be feared with their sprinters. Henry Hall is more than capable of taking a hand and Nigel Tinkler has been among the winners of late but Jun Fan has an obvious chance on the evidence of his Musselburgh run and he gets the vote.
