In depth

Verdict

Court of Appeal and Romil Star are regular runners in this grade and the former is marginally preferred at the weights with Moment of Clarity rated the best of the remainder. The selection is 1lb better in for a neck with Romil Star on running behind Oldenway here over 1m4f last month and there may well be more to come over this longer trip and he is preferred. Protocol is not as good as he once was and a bigger threat may come from Moment of Clarity, who has not been at his best over hurdles of late but could be of interest back on the level. Court of Appeal has solid claims though and he gets the vote over a trip that may well bring about improvement.
