In depth

Verdict

Sir Frost, Noshinannikin and Harlov are three against the field in this staying event and the nomination is given to Sir Frosty. The selection won well last time out when beating Gimme Shelter and although he has a penalty for that win he again has conditions to suit and he will be hard to beat. Noshinannikin has dropped to a handy mark and could go well but he is yet to prove he stays this far and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Harlov is another worthy of respect as he had every chance when falling two out in a race won by Rosie Redman last time out. He runs off the same mark here and should be noted in the market. Spanish Main is a rare runner for the stable at this track and is another that should be monitored in the market. Of the remainder A Piece Of Cake is from a yard in form and has place claims on his best form but he is far from consistent and for the winner we return to Sir Frosty.
