Sir Desmond is the percentage call, with Jayanjay, Intriguing Glimpse and Solar Power rated as the main dangers. Solar Power is a little hard to predict but does have plenty of ability when she puts her mind to it. She comes her on the back of a puzzling run in a Listed race at Newmarket and has a little bit to prove. Stablemates Intriguing Glimpse and Jayanjay are hard to split on recent form and should again run their races. Others to note include: Flying Bantam, who has a good turn of foot and can be expected to be played late on this return to sprinting. Arabian Dancer is the most interesting of the three-year-olds, as he still has a bit more to offer from his current mark. Again, he is worth noting in the betting. However, a chance is taken that Sir Desmond can build on what was a promising effort at Ayr last month. The conditions are ideal for Rae Guest's charge and, as he is a couple of pounds lower in the rating than the last time he was successful, he has a live chance at the weights today.
