      Verdict

Another tough-looking contest to end the day's proceedings at Brighton but it may not be as competitive as the numbers suggest with Jazzy Millennium taken to supplement his recent course and distance success and get the better of the likes of Firework, Risque Sermon and The Gay Fox. The selection was the easy winner of a seller here last time, leading two furlongs out and ridden clear. This looks tougher but in all reality is no better than a seller anyway and, having been raised just 2lbs for his most recent success, Jazzy Millennium remains well treated. Firework has slipped to an attractive mark and has claims on his fourth behind the selection last time (The Gay Fox just ahead in third) that he might be returning to form. Risque Sermon would appreciate any further softening of the ground and is another worthy of a mention.
