Verdict

TRIBAL MYTH has returned on form and with an unbeaten record at this track he should continue that in this handicap while Battle Study and Emerald Glade look the dangers. Two wins in three starts is the record for the pick this term and both those scores have come at this track. He was game to hold on last time and has hinted in the past he'll be suited by this step up to a mile. Battle Study only just missed out when 3lbs better off last time when taking on 10 furlongs. He looked a little one-paced that day so we are not convinced he'll benefit for this step back down in distance. Emerald Glade made a very pleasing reappearance when finding just the one too good. He seemed to come on for a step up to this trip and with conditions also in his favour he looks a live one. Banks And Braes is still a maiden after seven starts but now looks handicapped for a better run.
