        Verdict

        Esoterica has been a costly failure on his last two runs but is given a chance to get the losses back here, Touch Of Ivory and Knickerless could provide most danger. The selection's last two efforts have been in decent enough handicaps at Musselburgh and Carlisle and he wasn't beaten far on both occasions. He drops into claiming company for the first time and should be good enough to beat these rivals. Touch Of Ivory has hit a rich vein of form, winning twice recently and not disgraced last time off a mark of 61. On official ratings she is quite well treated here and looks the main threat to our choice. Knickerless is from a yard that has a good recent record in this type of event and it would be no surprise to see this lightly weighted filly go well at a decent price. Sapphire Storm has recent winning form and looks the pick of the remainder, but we will give Esoterica another chance.
