This is a trappy maiden and we will side with Tableau Vivant as the pick; August Gale and Ramaad look the obvious dangers. Sir Michael Stoute's filly has not been beaten far in each of her two runs so far and she looks to have been found a good opportunity here to finally open her account. August Gale would beat our selection on a strict form line through Aromatherapy, a horse which has beaten both Tableau Vivant and August Gale. However, the last mentioned has shown his best form on the all-weather and he lacks the scope of our pick. Ramaad ran well behind Dubai Meydan at Catterick last time, and Gay Kelleway rates her horse quite highly so it was a creditable effort. Hydrophonic is an interesting newcomer from a yard in good form so a market check is advised. However, it will take a good one to beat Tableau Vivant who is put forward as our pick.
