In an intriguing contest to conclude the evening Danebank gets the vote ahead of Typhoon Tilly and Belle Rouge. Belle Rouge will be a popular choice especially with Frankie Dettori booked and the combination must go well. Off the course last year, she has been in great form this term, and is yet to finish out of the first two in six starts. She has won at Lingfield and Folkestone this year but this trip may not be a sufficient test of stamina for her. Typhoon Tilly had been off the track for four months before returning to finish a good third to Zalda over a similar trip to tonight¿s. He likes to get her toe in and therefore tonight¿s ground should suit, but he hasn¿t won since taking this race last year. Danebank though gets the vote. His defeat of Red River Rebel at Warwick reads well and he had earlier chased home Royal Axminster at Chepstow. Both those were solid efforts and represent the best form in the race. Danebank is the selection.
