Frankie Dettori¿s mount Rasseem gets the vote here from Dancing Rose and Encouragement. Having run well at Windsor on her debut when finishing runner up, Dancing Rose ran another good race in defeat at Chepstow, finishing third in what looked a decent race behind Lucky Emerald. She is definitely on the shortlist. The Queen¿s Royal Applause filly Encouragement improved on her debut run when finishing third at Newbury , beaten only a length by Swan Nebula. Further improvement will see her play a part in the finish here. Rasseem could be the one they all have to beat however. Only second of four on her Nottingham debut she stayed on to take second close home. She is a daughter of Fasilyev and from the family of top class sprinter Danetime and at 140,000 Guineas not an inexpensive purchase. Given time to recover from her Nottingham exertions, we take Rasseem to justify Dettori¿s decision to spend his Friday night in Bath.
