Verdict

Although Bramalea has really good claims on this handicap she has to concede a lot of weight to her rivals so we'll instead take a chance on GRACECHURCH with Hatch A Plan also considered. The pick has proven a liking for this track having won twice here in 10 starts and has run well on several other occasions. He just about goes on this quick ground and is racing off a winning mark. Bramlea give 11lbs to the selection but while there is little wrong with her recent form, including a runner's up spot on quick ground over course and distance, she is yet to prove she can win off a mark this high. Hatch A Plan is weighted to be close to the selection after their last meeting and should be respected while Stark Contrast is the only other to consider on the pick of his old form. This is more competitive than it first appears and we'll take a chance with Gracechurch.
