In depth

Verdict

Johns Legacy probably has the best form among those to have raced in hunter chases previously but Sarah's Party has done little wrong in point-to-points recently and may be able to make a winning rules debut with Another Club Royal rated the best of the remainder. The selection comes here on the back of decent form between the flags of late and, if taking to the larger obstacles, may be good enough to beat his main rivals. Top Weld also has recent winning point-to-point form but his jumping leaves something to be desired and of more interest may be Another Club Royal, who is capable and has had his confidence boosted by a spell pointing. Petolinski made a satisfactory return at Taunton a fortnight ago but may not want the ground as soft as it is and preference is for Sarah's Party, who is taken to make a winning rules debut.
