Oathkeeper, a dual bumper winner and successful over hurdles, looked like winning on his chasing bow at Galway in August but fell at the last. That appears to have affected his confidence as he's run poorly subsequently. Last Encounter, a smart hurdler, has been a bit hit and miss over fences but would have an obvious chance at his best though the vote has to go to ROBIN DES FORET. A winning bumper and five times successful over hurdles, his pedigree suggests he should be even better over the bigger obstacles and his stable could hardly be in better form. Rossmore's Pride won a handicap hurdle at Down Royal in March but is tackling regulation fences for the first time rather late in life.
