        Verdict

        Another wide open contest here and most of the field could be given a chance on their best form but the principals look to be Matt Blanc, Sky Galaxy and Pivotal Guest and the selection is Matt Blanc. The colt from the Richard Hannon yard has held his form well all season and a reproduction of his latest second behind Melody King in a similar contest would see him go close. Sky Galaxy rates the main danger on his fifth behind Pearl Of Love in a listed race but he has since disappointed so for that reason he is passed over here. Pivotal Guest has also been running in better races of late but he looks to have plenty on under top weight. Of the remainder Red Sovereign is one of the least exposed in the field and won well last time out when defeating Distant Times so he is worth noting in the market but we are happy to side with the bang in form Matt Blanc
