Verdict

Celticello and Sound Breeze look set to dominate this event and the vote is given to the first mentioned. The selection is in cracking form and is chasing the hat-trick today. He beat Curtain Bluff in good style last time and he remains on a handy mark. He is unexposed and with Keiren Fallon taking the ride he is difficult to oppose. Sound Breeze is the one we fear the most as he looked quite useful when disposing of Holiday Camp at Ripon last time. He was well-supported in the market that day and if he improves for that run then he will not be far away at the finish. The pair we have mentioned are clearly well-thought of by connections as they are tackling older horses today, and of those older rivals Khanjar catches the eye. He was a little disappointing last time but he is back to his optimum trip today and that should see an improved effort. Dr Thong and Vicious Warrior also look to have solid place prospects, but they look vulnerable against some of the unexposed rivals they face today, and we expect one of those Celticello to take the race.
