High Voltage has dropped to a very attractive mark and is a sporting choice over Dizzy In The Head and Winhill House, while the veteran Ellens Academy is also in with a squeak if he hits the gates running in this tight sprint handicap. At the age of eleven, Ellens Academy still retains plenty of enthusiasm and can be relied upon to give his all. Eric Alston's charge is also well weighted on the best of his efforts and he has little to find to get competitive today. Winhill House has not really started to fire this season and comes here with a little to prove. He does have the ability in him to figure strongly, though, and can be a force if he puts his mind to the task in hand. Dizzy In The Head has been in good heart this term and will be a popular choice in the betting market. However, he is 6lb higher than when winning at Hamilton at the start of this month and needs everything to go his way. Therefore, at the likely odds, it can pay to factor in a small each-way wager on High Voltage pulling something out of the fire. Considering that Karl Burke's representative has won off a mark of 96, he is absolutely thrown in off a rating of just 70. And, having been in need of the run on his reappearance, High Voltage can be fancied to represent good value here.
