PILLAR travels over from Ireland after a fine run at Down Royal. He's a very consistent performer who hardly ever wins but this does look a good opportunity. Eternalist has to be a threat to all as she's been racing at a higher level including when successful at Musselburgh for which she's just 3lb higher. The three-year-old Burmese Blazer has yet to win but was only beaten a neck at Musselburgh though Kibaar looks a more potent danger. He'd dropped to a very lowly mark when beating Redeeming in a course and distance handicap last month and, though up 6lb, his previous victory was from a 32lb higher mark in 2016. Gordon Elliott's First Bombardment was having his first start since November when 2l behind Yes You here on Saturday so is another to consider.
