MARGOT DID sets the standard here and can take care of Sweet Cecily, with Hooray, Soraaya and Queen Of Spain others to consider in a cracking contest. Michael Bell's filly won her first two starts doing handsprings before stepping up to Group Three company over course and distance, where she looked all-over the winner before finding Memory sweeping past. That Richard Hannon horse has since landed the Cherry Hinton to give the form a rock-solid look and with conditions clearly ideal she'll be hard to beat. Hooray finished just under five lengths behind that day but improved to take third behind Memory at Newmarket and has plenty of ability, but on both runs needs to improve further to reverse form with Margot Did. With that in mind Sweet Cecily may be next best. She was a massively impressive six-length winner at Newmarket last time, brushing aside a Godolphin hot-pot in the process, and her trainer Richard Hannon will know where he stands with most of these. Soraaya made a winning debut before splitting Hooray and Memory last time and on that form is sure to pose a threat to Margot Did, while Queen Of Spain finished just ahead of Hooray at Royal Ascot and has since made all to win impressively back in maiden company. Perfect Tribute impressed when making a winning debut at Salisbury and the yard have their juveniles going well, Catfish, who won on her debut beating the same horse readily brushed aside by Sweet Cecily, has to find plenty on that run but is open to improvement while Shoshoni Wind ran well in the Super Sprint and should prefer this test. This is a strong race but all lines of form point towards a huge run from Margot Did.
